In the development of artificial intelligence, electronic information engineering technology plays a crucial role. The support provided by this technology is vital for advancing artificial intelligence applications. This paper explores the key concepts of artificial intelligence and electronic information engineering, and examines the implementation of artificial intelligence technology within the electronic information engineering platform. The analysis reveals that the system does not have any critical vulnerabilities, achieving a data transmission success rate of over 80%, with a response time of under 3 seconds, thus fulfilling the established requirements.

The Utilization of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in the Domain of Electronic data Engineering

The Chesapeake Bay is the largest and one of the most productive estuaries in the United States. Like many estuaries, rising global temperatures have impacted this ecologically important zone. Marine heatwaves, extreme temperature events, are increasingly common in the Chesapeake Bay. Although marine heatwaves evolve across space and time, a complete spatial picture of marine heatwaves in the Bay is missing. Here, we use satellite sea surface temperature data to characterize marine heatwaves in the Chesapeake Bay. We consider two products: NASA MUR and NOAA Geo-Polar, and validate their effectiveness for studying marine heatwaves in an estuary using in situ data from the Chesapeake Bay Program. A north-south (along estuary) gradient is identified as a common pattern of spatial variability, seen in both marine heatwave duration and number of events. Our satellite-based approach enables us to analyze marine heatwaves in Chesapeake Bay tributaries for the first time, and finds marine heatwaves in these regions to display different characteristics from the main stem of the Bay. For example, marine heatwave maximum intensity is higher in tributary waters. Long term trends in marine heatwave characteristics are also analyzed, although confidence in long term trends is tempered by changes in satellite error over time, pointing to the criticality of periodic reanalyses of satellite data to identify and correct for systematic error. MHW analysis with a detrended baseline suggests the major observed spatial patterns are a result of long term warming not a shifting temperature distribution. The differing spatial patterns suggest that there are different physical influences in the main stem of the Bay and in the tributaries. This work a rms that satellite data can be an effective tool for studying marine heatwaves in estuaries and enables similar studies in other estuaries.

Spatial variability of marine heatwaves in the Chesapeake Bay

Drawing upon the profound influence of Buddhist philosophy, and interwoven with indigenous folk beliefs, Sri Lankan drama therapy emphasizes a holistic approach to healing, prioritizing the restoration of balance and harmony across body, mind, and spirit. This emphasis aligns with the core Buddhist principle that thoughts are the precursors to emotions, highlighting the importance of cultivating mindful awareness and emotional equanimity. The study delves into the profound influence of ritualistic theatre on contemporary drama therapy approaches. An in-depth analysis of key rituals, including Kohomba Kankariya, Gam Maduwa, Bali, Thovil, and Daha Ata Sanniya, reveals how these performances, steeped in symbolism, storytelling, and community engagement, offer valuable insights into culturally appropriate therapeutic interventions. These rituals, often characterized by music, dance, and symbolic representations, demonstrate how spiritual concepts, such as the interplay of benevolent and malevolent forces, are intricately woven into the fabric of healing within Sri Lankan society.

A Culture-Oriented Approach to Drama Therapy in Sri Lanka: Integrating Spiritual Concepts and Traditional Performance

Immunotherapy aiming at suppressing tumor development by relying on modifying or strengthening the immune system prevails among cancer treatments and points out a new direction for cancer therapy. B7 homolog 3 protein (B7-H3, also known as CD276), a newly identified immunoregulatory protein member of the B7 family, is an attractive and promising target for cancer immunotherapy because it is overexpressed in tumor tissues while showing limited expression in normal tissues and participating in tumor microenvironment (TME) shaping and development. Thus far, numerous B7-H3-based immunotherapy strategies have demonstrated potent antitumor activity and acceptable safety profiles in preclinical models. Herein, we present the expression and biological function of B7-H3 in distinct cancer and normal cells, as well as B7-H3-mediated signal pathways in cancer cells and B7-H3-based tumor immunotherapy strategies. This review provides a comprehensive overview that encompasses B7-H3's role in TME to its potential as a target in cancer immunotherapy.

B7-H3/CD276: An Emerging Cancer Immunotherapy

Background: Blockchain is a new methodology involving a data structure with list of records, called blocks, which are linked using cryptography. The aim of the review is to overview the existing publication, projects, and platforms on the use of blockchain in Medicine and Neurology. Methods: We searched the bibliographic database of MEDLINE and BASE. We also accessed ICObench, Coinmarketcap, and Mobihealthnews databases to explore upcoming, ongoing, and ended projects. Results: In medicine, there are many projects related to health care, disease prevention, and promotion of healthy life style. In neurology, only one project looks promising: Neuro, an ongoing scientific-technical project uniting scientists, engineers, and programmers for development of new architectures and algorithms of neural networks. Bibliographic searches found 117 publications on Medline and 203 publications on BASE referring to the use of blockchain technology in medicine. Most of them are presented as reviews (narrative, systematic, or minireview), opinions and hypotheses, commentaries, or perspectives. As for Neurology, only one publication refers to the use of blockchain, specifically to Parkinson's disease. Discussion: Among the problems related to medicine, there is the lack of information on the patient's clinical history that could allow accurate diagnosis and treatment. The possibility of having a register based on blockchain technology could help doctors in many ways, including patient management, choosing and monitoring treatments, and standardization of clinical trials. Conclusion: The use of the blockchain technology in medicine has been repetitively proposed to solve different problems. In this article, we highlight the possible benefits of this technology, with attention to Neurology. Blockchain use can lead to quantifiable benefits in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, especially in clinical trials that can fail because of an incorrect patient recruitment.

An Overview of Existing Publications and Most Relevant Projects/Platforms on the Use of Blockchain in Medicine and Neurology

Despite the outstanding progress in photonic sensor devices, a major limitation for its application as label-free biosensors for biomedical analysis lies in the surface biofunctionalization step, that is, the reliable immobilization of the biorecognition element onto the sensor surface. Here, we report the integration of bottom-up synthesized nanoporous graphene onto bimodal waveguide interferometric biosensors as an atomically precise biofunctionalization scaffold. This combination leverages the high sensitivity of bimodal waveguide interferometers and the large functional surface area of nanoporous graphene to create highly sensitive, selective, and robust biosensors for the direct immunoassay detection of C-reactive protein (CRP), an inflammatory biomarker widely used in the clinical diagnosis of infections and sepsis. The limit of detection was determined at 3 ng/mL, which is well below the clinical cutoff levels required for the diagnostic detection of CRP in patient samples. This innovative approach holds promise for transforming diagnostics, environmental monitoring, and various fields requiring precise biomolecular detection.

Nanoporous Graphene Integrated onto Bimodal Waveguide Biosensors for Detection of C-Reactive Protein

Anomaly detection plays a pivotal role in cybersecurity by identifying irregular activities that could indicate potential security breaches, such as cyberattacks or unauthorized access. This paper presents a comparative study of several anomaly detection algorithms and evaluates their performance in the context of cybersecurity applications. The study focuses on both traditional statistical methods and modern machine learning algorithms, including clustering-based, supervised, and unsupervised techniques. Key algorithms examined include k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN), Support Vector Machines (SVM), Isolation Forests, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), and neural network-based approaches like Autoencoders. The study assesses each algorithm's accuracy, robustness, scalability, and computational efficiency using a set of benchmark datasets typical in cybersecurity, such as intrusion detection system (IDS) logs and network traffic data. By comparing the strengths and weaknesses of these algorithms, this paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of their applicability in real-world cybersecurity scenarios, offering insights into their suitability for different types of threats and operational environments.
